Parisian Chic

One of the first things that comes to mind when I think about Paris is fashion!   While in Paris we visited a ton of shops and I kept my eyes open to experience all the classiness and styles that Parisian's exhibit.  I always dreamed that my experience in Paris would be like that of Carrie Bradshaw in "Sex and the City" however I found myself more enthralled in the store window displays than the actual clothing styles people were wearing.  I've come to the assumption that it was because we went in August when the majority of the Parisians vacation to the South of France so I wasn't noticing a ton of striking styles.  I also had intentions of shopping at boutiques but I fell in love with a couple of departments stores, most particularly Galleries Lafayette.  The store is massive and gorgeous and had a variety of different European labels. Here's a look at some of the stores we visited!
